3. How do I book an appointment?
You can book directly through our website, Instagram DM, or by phone. We’ll follow up to confirm availability, service needs, and your address.
4. Do I need to prepare anything before the visit?
We’ll bring all necessary grooming tools and supplies. You simply need to provide:
A clean, well-lit space (e.g., bathroom or laundry room)
Access to warm water (if required for full baths)
Towels if preferred (or we can bring our own)
We’ll guide you through everything during the confirmation call.
5. How long does a grooming session take?
Depending on your pet’s size, coat condition, and temperament, sessions typically last 1 to 2 hours. We always allow extra time for pets who need a gentler, slower approach.
6. Is it safe to groom pets at home?
Absolutely. In-home grooming reduces stress, avoids cage time, and prevents exposure to unfamiliar pets or shared tools. All our equipment is sanitized before each visit, and we follow strict hygiene and safety protocols.
7. What if my pet is aggressive or anxious?
We specialize in gentle handling and low-stress grooming. Let us know in advance if your pet has behavioral concerns—we may suggest a slower-paced session or split services across two visits.
8. Do you groom cats as well?
Yes! We provide grooming and nail trims for both cats and dogs, and we adjust our approach based on the pet’s temperament.
9. What’s your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans change. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a small fee.
10. Can I combine grooming with a feeding or check-in visit?
Absolutely. If you're away or need additional support, we can combine services during one visit. Just let us know in advance when booking.
