What areas do you serve?
We serve the Greater Toronto Area, including Toronto, North York, Scarborough, Etobicoke, Mississauga, Markham, Richmond Hill, Vaughan, and nearby areas. If you’re not sure we cover your location, just ask us!
How can I book a service for my pet?
You can easily book through our website (just fill in the appointment request) for cats, for dogs or send us a message on Instagram. We’ll confirm the details and get you scheduled in no time.
Do you bath cats as well as dogs?
Yes, we do! Our professional groomers handle both cats and dogs (and we adjust our approach to each pet’s temperament to keep them comfortable).
How does shipping work for product orders?
We ship Canada-wide and to the U.S. In the Toronto area we even offer free local delivery for qualifying orders. Orders over $99 ship free in most of Canada, and we provide tracking for every shipment. (See our Shipping Policy for more details.)
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on most unused products within 30 days of delivery. Just make sure the item is in new condition and contact us to start the return. (Some items like opened food or custom orders can’t be returned for safety reasons) Click Here to learn more our return policy
