Because Forpaws is built on love, trust, and intention. Whether it’s helping a shy cat stay relaxed during a home bathing appointment, or designing a cozy pet bed that complements your living room, everything we do is guided by one principle:

Stress-free, at-home care
We bring professional grooming to your door so pets stay in their safe space. Less travel, less waiting, less stress—for you and your pet.

Cat-first expertise (dogs welcome, too!)
We tailor handling, tools, and timing to fit your pet’s temperament—especially for shy, senior, or easily stressed cats.

Skilled people who truly care
Our groomers are trained, experienced, and gentle. We take the time to listen, explain, and adapt so every visit feels calm and respectful.

Safety-first, always
Pre-visit check-in, health/temperament review, and a step-by-step grooming plan. We use appropriate restraint techniques only when needed—never rush, never force.

Hygiene & sanitation you can see
Clean, disinfected tools for every appointment; fresh towels and liners; clear workstation setup. We leave your home as tidy as we found it.

Clear, honest pricing
Straightforward service menus and add-ons. No hidden fees—ever. You’ll know the total before you book.

Easy booking, timely reminders
Simple online booking with preferred dates, text/email reminders, and clear arrival windows so you can plan your day.

Thoughtful aftercare
We share what we did, what we noticed (skin/coat/behavior notes), and simple at-home tips. Have a question later? Message us—real people reply.

Design-led products for real homes
Our original furniture and accessories pair pet comfort with home aesthetics—rounded edges, sturdy builds, pet-friendly finishes, and easy-clean designs.

Built on trust
Transparent policies, friendly support, and a growing community of returning customers. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
