How can I book a service for my pet?
View our grooming packages and booking options, or contact us by phone, email or the form on this page. We will confirm availability, your pet’s needs and any travel fee before the appointment. Service appointments are separate from shipped product orders.
Do you bath cats as well as dogs?
Yes, we do! Our professional groomers handle both cats and dogs (and we adjust our approach to each pet’s temperament to keep them comfortable).
How does shipping work for product orders?
We currently ship physical products within Ontario, Canada only. Shipping is CAD $5.99 for orders below CAD $49, and free for orders of CAD $49 or more after discounts and before taxes. This applies to all products, including furniture. In-stock orders are typically prepared in 1–3 business days, with delivery usually taking another 1–3 business days after dispatch. What is your return policy?
We accept returns on most unused products within 30 days of delivery. Just make sure the item is in new condition and contact us to start the return. (Some items like opened food or custom orders can’t be returned for safety reasons) Click Here to learn more our return policy
