🛁 In-Home Pet Bathing – Booking & Notes

• Advance Booking: Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day requests are subject to availability.
• Cancellation/Rescheduling: Please notify us at least 1 day in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a $30 fee plus travel cost
• No-Show Policy: If we arrive and the pet is unavailable or service cannot be performed due to owner absence, a $30 fee plus travel cost will apply.
• Pet Preparation: Owners should ensure pets are easily accessible and ready for bathing. Please let us know about any behavioral concerns in advance.
• Health & Safety: We cannot provide bathing services for pets with contagious conditions, open wounds, or severe aggression. If a pet’s health or behavior poses a risk, we reserve the right to decline service.
• Owner’s Responsibility: Towels, shampoos, and grooming tools can be provided by Forpaws, but if you prefer your own supplies, please prepare them before the visit.
• Payment: Accepted via cash, e-transfer,debit/credit card. Full payment is due on the day of service.
• Updates: Photos or short videos will be shared after the session so you can see your pet’s fresh, clean look。

🛁上门宠物洗澡服务 – 预约须知
提前预约：预约需至少提前24小时。当日预约视具体情况而定。
取消/改期：请至少提前1天通知。不足24小时通知的取消将收取30美元费用及交通成本
缺席政策：若上门后宠物无法接触或因主人缺席导致服务无法进行，将收取30美元费用及交通成本
宠物准备：主人需确保宠物易于接触且已做好沐浴准备。如有行为问题请提前告知。
健康与安全：患有传染性疾病、开放性伤口或严重攻击性行为的宠物恕不提供沐浴服务。若宠物健康或行为存在风险，我们保留拒绝服务的权利。
主人责任：Forpaws可提供毛巾、洗发水及美容工具，若您希望使用自有用品，请于服务前自行准备。
付款方式：接受现金、电子转账、借记卡/信用卡支付。服务当日需支付全款。
服务反馈：每次服务后将分享照片或短视频，让您见证爱宠焕然一新的模样。
